I KNEW I shouldn’t watch any Food Documentaries. Now that I have, I’ve cut way back on wheat & corn. Now I’m thinking about trying to go Vegan for a month or so to give it a real try.
Trouble is, I only know how to make really great salads, beans, brown rice and also just eating nuts & fruits with nothing other than a rinse.
What does a healthy Vegan meal plan look like? What can I eat and make every day that fulfills my nutrient, protein & calorie intake for a brain working desk job?
