If like me you’re always looking for a quick and easy recipe that can be served up in no time at all, then look no further.
This delicious potato curry, is a great meal and simple to make.

It’s also a great start up dish, for those of you trying to get into cooking but don’t know where to start.

This dish is also ideal for vegetarians

I N G R E D I E N T S:

4/5 large par-boiled Potatoes
3 finely chopped Tomatoes (Vine)
1 Red Onion
2/ 3 Tablespoon Oil
Cup of Water
2 Spoons of butter
Naan bread (or accompaniment of your choice)

Spices:
Few Curry leaves
Cinnamon stick
2 Cloves
1 Cardamom
½ tablespoon Fennel seeds
6 finely cut Garlic cloves
half a Ginger (finely cut)
1 small Green chill
1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Chill powder (optional)
Coriander leaves
1 tablespoon Coriander powder
Cumin seeds
1 maggi cube, knorr cube or teaspoon of salt (optional)
2 Tablespoons of Butter

Recipe serves for 4 persons (moderate portions)

    Great video Antoinette! Really well filmed and the dish looks delicious. You didn’t cut corners with the spices it’s a proper curry!
